Revenue intelligence isn't just about data – it's about transforming how revenue teams work, communicate, and win. That's why I'm excited to apply for the San Francisco-based Director of Product Marketing role at Gong, where product marketing directly influences both top-line growth and revenue success.

My relationship with Gong runs deep – as both a power user and vocal advocate. At Lune, Gong was instrumental to our success, where I personally analyzed over 100 customer calls to build our foundational customer research. These invaluable insights enabled me to continuously refine our positioning and messaging, identify messaging trends, and share critical insights across the business. I've championed Gong's impact through my Substack newsletter and routinely share my experience in industry discussions, including a recent product marketing expert interview with Seedcamp VC.

Throughout my career, I've consistently demonstrated the ability to translate product capabilities into revenue-driving go-to-market strategies. While at Ravio I've stepped up to lead the entire marketing department, where we've achieved 50% quarter-over-quarter inbound pipeline growth for the past year, my heart always remains in product marketing. This passion led me to co-found Moonshot – a hands-on course teaching practical GTM and product marketing skills to founders and marketers globally.

Aligning my team to commercial impact is a core part of my product marketing principles. At Deliveroo, my team of 8 looked after a portfolio of 20 B2B2C technology products. In my own IC work launching our ad platform, I identified a critical insight: orders with platform-generated offers demonstrated higher average order values. I leveraged this insight to develop and execute a global GTM strategy that generated over 1 million incremental orders within 12 months – representing 10% of global order volume – all without requiring any of my own budget.

My experience at Lune as a founding Product Marketing leader further showcases my ability to rapidly iterate on positioning to accelerate revenue growth. By closely analyzing buyer motivations and testing different ICPs, I pivoted our messaging strategy from fintech to procurement and logistics platforms, creating a more efficient conversion pathway that better served both growth and revenue objectives.
